Pay: $65,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Location: Warren, MI - fully on-site, with additional opportunities potentially available at our Dearborn Heights, Flint, Saginaw, and Ypsilanti offices depending on candidate location and business needs.
Note: Must have an active Michigan Bar license. Candidates should be highly organized, detail oriented, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a high-volume bankruptcy practice.

Job Description - Represent clients in consumer bankruptcy matters and guide them through the legal process.
- Manage a high volume of active bankruptcy cases while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Prepare, review, and file pleadings, petitions, motions, and other legal documents.
- Communicate directly with clients, creditors, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Analyze client financial circumstances and develop effective legal strategies.
- Advocate for clients against banks, creditors, and other parties.
- Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, documentation, and follow-up throughout each matter.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide efficient, high-quality representation.
Qualifications - Active Michigan Bar license required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload in a high-volume environment.
- Detail oriented, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of work.
- Bankruptcy, consumer law, creditors' rights, or related litigation experience is a strong plus.
