Serving Southwest Pennsylvania since 1986, we proudly operate two locations in Murrysville and Latrobe. This role can be filled at either of our office locations, with remote work opportunities available.

You will join a group of experienced insurance professionals who are committed to supporting your success through training and ongoing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service
• Develop insurance quotes, present coverage options, close sales, and achieve performance goals
• Treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to educate and advise clients during the renewal shopping process
• Foster long-term customer relationships to maintain high levels of client retention and product loyalty
• Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, and lead database follow-up

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty insurance license required
• Prior insurance industry experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Agency Management Systems
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage responsibilities effectively
• Team-oriented with a positive, motivated, and driven attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
