REQUIREMENTS

• Punctuality: Be on time and ready to lead.
• Guest-Centered Attitude: Always put our guests first and make their experience unforgettable.
• Proactive Leadership: Spot challenges before they arise and address them with a solutions-focused approach.
• Lead by Example: Inspire your team through strong leadership, setting the standard for others to follow.
• Previous Experience: Prior management experience is a plus, and experience in fast food or quick-service restaurants is required.
• Customer Service Excellence: Top-notch skills in customer interactions, both verbal and written.
• Background Check: Must pass a background check.
• Flexibility: Available to work weekends and holidays.
