Brief Description OUR PROGRAM At Weissman, we believe the next generation of talent is part of our legacy to the fashion industry. Our Summer Internship Program offers students meaningful, real-world experience inside a leading dance and performance apparel company. For more than 60 years, Weissman has brought creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship to the stage, translating inspiration from fashion, performance, and the runway into products worn by performers around the world. Over 10 weeks, interns work alongside professionals across our business, contributing to real projects and gaining firsthand exposure to how ideas move from inspiration and concept through design, development, marketing, and ultimately into the hands of our customers. Along the way, interns participate in professional development, networking, and experiences designed to broaden their understanding of both the fashion industry and the business behind it. We view our interns as more than summer team members. They are emerging professionals who will help shape what comes next. Our goal is to give them the experience, relationships, and opportunities to begin building careers of their own while bringing fresh perspectives and new ideas to ours. JOB TITLE Technical Design Intern LOCATION On-Site (St. Louis, Missouri) Responsibilities Work with a Guide on technical design projects, following designs from initial handover through final completion Support sample preparation and fittings by organizing garments, recording adjustments, and ensuring smooth sessions Attend cross-functional meetings and fit sessions with Design, Sourcing, and Pattern teams to learn about product development Assist with Tech Pack creation and updates, ensuring accurate technical specifications and product details Manage timelines and present a final project to showcase contributions and collaboration at the end of the internship Program Qualifications Current college student or May 2027 graduate pursuing a degree related to the internship area Able to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri for the duration of the 10-week summer program Strong interest in fashion, apparel, or related industries with a desire to learn and grow professionally Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a team environment Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take on real-world projects in a fast-paced setting APPLICATION WINDOW + ADDITIONAL DETAILS Application Open: September 15, 2026 Application Close: October 31, 2026 PROGRAM DATES IN ST.
