Job Description
This role focuses on installing commercial HVAC systems and ductwork on new construction projects across multiple counties. You will work closely with experienced team members to complete large-scale duct installations and unit setups in multi-family and commercial buildings. Work Environment

The role involves both indoor and outdoor work on active commercial construction sites, requiring comfort with changing weather conditions. The environment is field-based and hands-on, with collaboration among a tight-knit crew and direct support from operations leadership. Work centers on mechanical and HVAC installation, including ductwork and sheet metal, within a professional construction setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
