Board Member Eligibility & Expectations
Serving on the Fall Mountain Lake Property Owners Association Board is a meaningful way to contribute to our community. Board service is voluntary.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for Board service, individuals must:
- Be a homeowner within Fall Mountain Lake (renters are not eligible)
- Be current on all FMLPOA annual dues
- Be able to attend regular in-person monthly meetings (approximately 10 meetings per year, typically 1.5–2 hours each)
- Commit to active participation in at least one committee, including involvement or leadership responsibilities outside of regular Board meetings
Participation Expectations
Board members are expected to attend meetings consistently and remain engaged in community initiatives. Active participation ensures the Board can effectively represent and serve the interests of the lake community.
